Resourceful Carmelita has created Cook Italy: an Italian cooking school for foreigners, where she teaches traditional recipes and food culture. Her “Market-to-Table Classes” for 1 to 6 people begin with guided food shopping in town and end in her kitchen, where everybody prepares a homemade meal.
